Why is my cat always looking and acting dull?

I got another cat with Olive some weeks ago. But he does not have the drive and energy that Olive has. I don't even know what to name him yet, and he is not even active.

What is the cause of the dullness, and how can I get him to lighten up?

Have you taken him to the vet? He might actually be sick but you will not know that as you are not a doctor that can examine him.

Do your cat have any underlying sickness which you have been managing over a while? If you're not sure, I would suggest you go and run a full scan and tests to make sure everything is well with her.
