Owned or rented apartment?

What kind of apartment do you live in now? Someone can either live in a rented or leased out apartment in my state if they don't own their house. It's very expensive to build a house and it's why most people are living in a rented apartments down here.

What are you living in? Is it a rented or your own house?

I don't live in my own house because I haven't built one. I'm not sure if I would ever build my own house because it's too much work. I know there's a possibility of buying a house of my own in future because I'm working towards it.

I'm also living in my own house. I used to live in a rented apartment for years until I was financially able to buy a house of my own.

I am still living in a rented apartment for years now. My plan is to make lots of money and buy a house. Building of house and buying a house looks like the same thing to me, I will just go for the one that's less stressful.
