Pets can never be as careful as human beings. They are bound to make mistakes that are capable of putting them at risk of either getting injured or destroying a lot of things.
My kitchen is the only place that's off limit to my cats whenever I'm at home. They can get hurt or eat what they are not supposed to that's going to be dangerous to their health in the kitchen easily than any other room in my home.

If it's possible to keep my cats out of my kitchen, I would do it because they can get hurt easily in there if they are not careful. I'm planning on getting a carpenter to fix a kitchen door for me to close the door whenever I'm not in the kitchen.

When we had our cat, nowhere really was off limits to her, and most places such as the kitchen she only ever really went into for her food, drink and also if we were in there cooking something like chicken, bacon, or even turkey.

She pretty much had free reign of the house but would usually be where we were.

All the rooms in my house is open for my cats to access them. Why would I set a limit for my cats to be in some rooms and not in some? They are very free to go into any rooms. They can sleep in my bed too.

She's not needed on my reading table and where I packed my books. It's a wide room but I have already informed her. Even thinking pets don't understand what you said, they always understand very well. She avoided that place like plague.

Yes there are, but Leo does not know that. He goes everywhere at will, its as if he is the landlord of the house. But anywhere i do not really want him to enter I shut him out sternly.

It is actually that place you ask my cats not to go that they always want to be in. It is more like that very stubborn and they don't care about what I want them to do which doesn't matter even though it can be frustrating at times but because I love them, there is nothing I can do about it.

Sometimes, our cats behave like human beings. They are always curious to know what's and how are things going up or coming down. I think that skills they got surpassed what other animals have.

You're the one who's going to have some off limit with how you approach my cats sometimes especially when he's not in the mood. There's no part of my house he doesn't go to whenever he feels like. He doesn't even allow me a person space when I want to use the toilet.

My kitchen is off limits, and she knows that. Whenever I am cooking the best she does is to stand by the door and observe, but she does not enter.

That's a good and strict instruction for your cat. She knows the assignment and doing it so well, I believe that she's an obedient cat by the way.
