How often do your cats need to eat?

Feeding well is very important for the health of your cats. Whenever my cats are not eating well, I never feel relaxed. The moment they start cutting down on how they feed, I will observe them for a few days. If it doesn't change, I'll take them to see the vet immediately.

My cats eat a few times a day. I give them wet food in the morning and then at 4:40pm, 6:30pm and 8:30pm, the automatic feeder feeds them small meals - and the reason I space it out that way is because these cats are gavones!! My schedule onmy allows them to eat a little bit at a time.

Spacing time on when your cats eat should be the basics. It is one of the ways that they get to have the food that they have eaten digest properly.

Smokey always loved her food. We used to feed her three meals a day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon/evening and one at night.

Whenever she used to not eat, we always knew something was wrong.

I can eat two or once a day but I make sure that my cat eat more than three times a day because she might have a bigger stomach than me or the way the hunger was with her isn't same for me.

I cannot even imagine feeding Zoey when I am at home. She will keep disturbing and rubbing her body all over me. She likes food ehn.

The max which I've fed my cats in a day is only four times. I was at home all day that way, so I felt like doing something different from what I used to.
