Have you taken care of a pregnant feral cat?

The thing with most feral cats is that will always get pregnant every now and then because they have not been neutered which make they able to get pregnant.

Have you seen any feral cat in your neighbourhood being pregnant? Do you take care of it in any way?

I have never fed a pregnant stray cat but if I find a pregnant stray, I will call my local animal control to come up with a plan to trap, bring her to a shelter to give birth, try to find a home for mom but most likely if mom is feral, she would be spayed and released.

This is why it is important, that you find a way to trap the strays and get them spayed or neutered.. TNR - try, neuter and release. This is the only way to reduce the overpopulation of stray cats.

I have never seen any pregnant stray cats before. If I should see one, I wouldn't just fed it but will make sure to contact animal control nearest to me and have them take in the pregnant cat. The cat is in a delicate situation and it needs all the help it can get.
