    Getting 12 hours of sleep is very good too for your cats. I wish I can get up to 10 hours sleep the same way my cat's do but it's not been the reality. I struggle with sleeping well but as long as my cats sleep well, I'm good.

    Fruits are good. They are highly nutritious and it's why dieticians recommend it to everyone to eat as much as possible. I have my fruits blended into a smoothie. It's how I enjoy it more.
