3 of my cats are very social. They get along with other cats and dogs in my neighbourhood. They might fight once or twice but they still get along. The other one female cat loves being alone. She only get along with the 3 cats she stay with. -

Are you sure Simba's litter tray or box is always very neat? My cats refuse to use their litter tray for anything when it's dirty. It's why I clean it out immediately they use it. -

No, sex doesn't matter to me either in cats I keep. It's why I keep both male and female cats. I have 4 cats now. They are 2 male and 2 females. -
