My cat have the fear of being left alone at home. They are usually very restless whenever I'm leaving for work in the morning. I had to start letting them stay at my neighbour's when I go to work. -

Honestly, I wouldn't know how to manage a traumatized cat. They need extra care more than a normal cat is what I know. It's going to be hard for me to help such a cat. -
