Have been able to find out which time of the day when your cats used to be more lively and aggressive? I have studied my cats for more than 8 months and I found out that they are all usually very active and aggressive in the morning. Once it's around noon, their aggressiveness will drop down a bit.

Do you know when your cats are more aggressive?

Our cats are not agressive, but our girl is the one with the energy, no matter the time of day. The 2 boys like to look out the windows, groom themselves, be lap cats and sleep.

With Smokey, we used to find that she was more aggressive during the evening and in the night as opposed to in the morning or afternoon.

We found it was because she was tired that she would be more aggressive during those times.

I think there is always going to be a very good reason why a cat will start being aggressive because ordinary, cats are supposed to be calm. I noticed that whenever my cats are hungry, they usually show some signs of aggression or when they are struggling over a toy to play with.

This is not about my cat. Our neighbour's cat is always aggressive whenever he's touched or if he didn't get his food when hungry. I understand that pets can also be angry but being over aggressive is what I never support, he should see a vet to know what's wrong.
