One of my cats is always resistant whenever I'm trying to groom him. I don't know if it's because of the brush that I'm using. Maybe, it causes him, I don't really know. Although, he sheds quite a lot, maybe that's why he doesn't like the brush I'm using on him.

What suggestions can you give me?

What kind of brush do you use on him? Is it a soft brush or more of a hard brush?

I have found in the past that using a harder brush can sometimes cause discomfort and a softer brush may be better.

Whenever I am grooming my cat, I used soft brush and it's those brushes that are very soft to the skin. She will just relax and leave her body to me.
