I recently found out that my cat is being underweight. I usually check their weight from time to time in order to make sure that I'm all caught up with everything about their health.

One of them have been losing weight as of late and I don't know why that's happening. He's feeding well and not showing any signs of illness but he's losing weight.

What could be the cause?

Is your cat eating? Is he throwing up? Maye the other cat is eating all of the food and leaving nothing behind for the other one.. or maybe your cat is sick and doesn't have an appetite anymore, or maybe your cat is hurt? Can he have a mouth sore?

Only a vet will be able to tell you, my suggestion is to call your local vet for a checkup.

There is a possibility that the cat is not feeding well as expected. Maybe you should try to get a vet doctor to come and run some checks on the cat to find out what is exactly the problem, if the cat is eating as expected.

It might be that the cat isn't eating the way he supposed to or it might also be that something is wrong in the internal system and it's left only a vet to check and know what's wrong.
