My cat fighting his own tail 😂

I couldn't stop laughing last night when my cat started one of his drama acts. He was just laying down on the floor and all of a sudden, he started fighting his own tail. I couldn't stop laughing. When he realised what he was doing, he just zoned out.

It was a very funny night for me.

It is always awesome to see cats doing this it's like they get in a playful mood and their tail catches their eye and they attack it and chase it!

I remember my late cat, Smokey who is no longer with us, she used to do this and there was one occasion when she bit her tail and yelped. I felt so bad for her doing that.

Dogs and cats have some similar traits in them. But cats are the ones that always chase their tails. Their long tails used to confuse them and that's the reason for the chase.

It's a very good common thing with many cats. My cats do it all the time especially when they were little kittens. I think they didn't know it was their own tails at the time.

Watched a video on that and she was meowing to it's owner to help him catch the tail or better still, stop the tail from moving. She will outgrown it when she comes of age.

They always want to catch anything that have tail I love when cats are doing that, running around as ribbon. They won't stop till they get tired.
