How's consultation charge in your location?

For a time now, I have noticed almost 50% increase in the charge of consultation. The last time I went for consultation, I was charged $30 but now it's $55.

How are you coping the sudden increase in the charge of consultation in your location when you need to see a specialist?

It is still around $40 here plus my vet is such a nice man that he doesn't like charging me much and others in the community very high for activities.

I was shocked how the fees gets so high all of a sudden. It's like they are trying to make it difficult for people to keep pets in cats now? I'm not sure if it's the same thing with consultation of vets for dogs too.

Or maybe those keeping cats are becoming higher in your location. So, the demand for the services of a vet doctor is becoming much. It can be any of those reasons.

Everything is expensive right now in my country including consultation fees for your pets. It usually was around $50 but now, we are paying close to $80 for consultation fee which is something that most people find it very difficult to afford.

Over here in UK, the majority of veterinary clinic will charge a consultation fee that's between £40-£70 in order to see your pet. It used to be below this amount but everything is expensive now.

What is happening now is that even this consultation fee is now increasing as time goes on. It is only those that are fortunate enough to have their partners as a vet that don't usually understand what it means to take care of your pets now going to the vet.

I don't have a cat anymore and I don't know how much consultation fee is anymore. I know things are increasing every day, another reason that I don't want to adopt another cat yet.

The highest amount of money that I have paid as a consultation fee when I needed to take my cat to a vet was 45 USD. I have never paid anything above that and I don't think I am willing to pay that to anyone that is asking for it because that's just greed.
