How to handle a traumatized cat?

I'm sorry but I wouldn't know how best to handle a cat that have been traumatized especially if I don't know what led to the whole psychological problem.

Exactly. If I know what led to the psychological problem, it won't be to find solution. But when you don't know what happened, it's hard to handle the traumatized cat.

It's in such situations when you don't know what's the cause of their problem that an expert's help is needed because they have the skills to diagnose the pet.

The best way to handle a traumatized cat in my own opinion is get them the medical help they need if you cannot provide the affection that is going to help them to recover. It is best to find a shelter that will help do that for the cats.

It is your duty to figure out what must have caused that. I understand that it is not always easy, but it is worth trying doing so.

I won't do more than what I can't handle. Any slight changes in my cat is always an opportunity to visit an expert because I don't know everything.

It's never easy but if it's something I can help, I will do so with my might. If it's out of my hands, I will do more by looking for an expert to make the situation better.

Getting such a cat the professional help they need is probably going to be the best thing to do for them. I don't like doing trial and error by home owners with such cats.

What they mostly need is love and affection. Their previous experience must have broken them, so they just need to be shown the emotions.

What happens in a situation where the cat isn't being open to accepting love and affection? What are you going to do in kind of situation especially if they are violent?

Being there 100% for the cat is the only to reverse what's been done wrong to the poor cat. I don't or can't think of any other ways to do it better.
