Have your cat followed you everywhere?

One of cat is very clingy when compared to my other cats. He doesn't understand what personal space means because he's always going to force himself in any thing I'm doing. He follows everywhere even inside the toilet. When I chase him out, he will stand out the door and keep meowing till I'm out. I would say he loves me the most to always want to be with me.

Does any of your cat behave that way?

Both simba and luna used to behave like that when I adopted them newly. They will want to be with me everywhere I do. They have stopped now and now look after each other now.

My cats are that type that won't be chasing me around whenever I want to leave the house and I'm very happy about it. But my dogs can be a very big challenge when it comes to being too clingy. They will wail for a long when I leave the house.

My cats behaves this way but not all the time. There are some days when they will not want to leave my side and whenever they behaves that way, I will give them the attention as much as possible. Then, there are days when they won't care or bother to follow me around. We will be keeping our space that day.

It is possible for your cat to be in the mood of following you everywhere that you go. This is something that is common especially when they are very fond of you. It makes it very difficult for them to like staying alone without being where you are.

Yes! Our 10 year old cat, Phoenix who is barely 7 pounds has become our little puppy, that follows us all the time and if we are in a different room, she will cry and cry until we get her and then she will follow us and cry for pets. Funny thing is that for years she was 100% an anti-social cat, she did not liked to be touched, did not like to be petted, picked up or even looked at, but the Covid happened and it must have been all the time we started spending with her, that she loosened up and started warming up to us! Who knows? But all I know is that we now have a cat-dog!

There are some cats that wouldn't care about following you their owners anywhere. They usually like to be left alone as they're not clingy at all but then there are some which wouldn't let me get a breather. They're going to all over you all day long as long you're home with them. Two of my cats are like that, they will cry for attention all day.

Whenever your kittens miss you, they tend to act that way if you have been away for a long time. The last time I want for my vacation without taking my kittens, they were starved of my presence. They didn't leave me alone for weeks when I got back.

She will follow me if I have what she needs or follow me if she wants to play. Whenever she sees me carrying food, I'm now her saviour till she download them down.
