There are some dogs that doesn't get along with cats. They get very aggressive, barking and jumping whenever they see any cat around. I've not had any cases of dog's attack on my cat but I'm seeing one potentially going to happen to soon in my neighbourhood. Two neighbours who live side by side have a dog and cat respectively but the dog isn't friendly with cats. The dog's behaviour whenever the cat's out to wander shows there's danger ahead. It may end up attacking the cat one day.

Some dogs get restless whenever they are around cats. I'm not sure if it's a behaviour thing or gene. They just don't like cats at all. I'm happy that my cats get along with my neighbours dogs, so I have nothing to worry about. It would be a great worry if they don't get along because I won't know what's going to happen when I'm not around.

This has not happened with my cats. I don't even think that I will let my cat be around dogs that are not friendly to them. This is also the reason that I don't let my cats stay outside for long.

It's why having cats that are more comfortable being indoors would save you from this kind of worry. Once they go out of the house all the time, they might get on with dogs that doesn't get along with cats.

I don't used to think dogs will have issues with cats until it happened with one of my neighbor's cat. It was an ugly site to behold. Since then, I began being careful with things like this.

Some human beings don't get along when they are living in the same neighbourhood, in online space, at workplace etc. It's not surprising some pets can't get along as well. Some of them learn from their owners.

I've not had my cats getting attacked by a dog and if any dog does that, I wouldn't hesitate to protect my cat. I don't support pet abuse but I will abuse a dog if it means protection of my cat from certain harm from the dog's attack. I will not spare the damn dog.

No dog has ever attacked any of my cats and it's simply because I don't even leave allowed my them to go out on their own. I always keep them on a leash whenever we are going for a walk and that have never resulted in any kind of dog's attack.

My cat can be very aggressive and that is the reason why instead of a dog attacking him, he is going to be the one that is going to attack a dog first. This have always made it impossible for my cat to be vulnerable to dogs.

No dog have a attacked my cats and I'm not going to take it lightly with any dog that attacks any of my cats when we are taking a walk in the public. If the owner of the dog is not going to restrain his dog, I'll deal with the situation myself.
