My cats seem to get on with the other cats in the neighborhood without any issues. We do have some cats that end up being trouble makers but for the most part, they all tend to get on well and with no issues.
I don't have issues with cats being a trouble to other cats. Cats can gang up and beat up any cat that seems to be too stubborn to stay one place or find trouble. I have seen this type play several times and those trouble makers used to respect themselves onwards.

Not all neighbourhood cats are really violent. Some of the are also as calm as my cat. Cats can fight each other when territories is involved.

This is actually the chance I don't want to take with them because there is no way you can be able to control the way they are going to act with other cats when they start associating with one another and I don't like to see my cats hurt.

Pets are not humans. They can fight in this minute and the next minute, you will still see them patroling together. Every cat have the power to fight their way out.

Maybe they fought over a kill and Simba wasn't happy with how things went down. You never can tell if you weren't there to know why they fought. Did your cat Simba sustain any injuries from the fight?
It might be a kill or even fighting for their territories. When one pet steps over to the other pet's territory, it used to cause a big fight.
