Best punishment for cat abusers?

We will always accept any punishment given to pet abusers because they deserve it. If one pet abuser get this punishment, others will learn their lesson.

They need to set a very good example with one of those cat abusers so that others will see it as a deterrent from doing the same thing. Unfortunately, the authorities haven't done anything like the case of Kurt Zouma.

Kurt Zouma was fined to pay £250,000 as fine and also asked not to keep cats for five years. The government will never kill him but there's some privileges he stopped getting.
