My cat is allergic to smoke and as a result of that, I had to quit smoking because I don't want to complicate his health.

Recently, I also found out that he's allergic to perfume too. I had to stop using harsh perfume because I can't stop wearing perfumes .

It's fleabites that my cat is seriously allergic to. He experiences severe reactions whenever he's got even just a single fleabite. The itching gets intense and if it's not treated immediately will threaten the general health of my cat. It's why I do everything possible to prevent this from happening.

My cat, Smokey was allergic to fleas but it was the female fleas and their saliva that she was allergic to. We had to ensure that she was treated monthly regardless of if she had fleas or not to prevent her from getting fleas as even just one bite could make her very unwell.

I frankly have no idea what sets my cat's allergies...I don't know. He is a long haired cat and sheds a lot so I vacuum often and clean often, otherwise he sets off MY allergies. I always joke that he is allergic to himself!

I found out recently that my cat is allergic to anything or food that's got beef in it. So, I had to stop his last food that's got beef in it.
