Flea saliva is what my cats are allergic to. Flea bites can trigger intense itching and dermatitis in some cats and my cats are like that. It's why I groom them very often.- Maddox

No, I'm very careful when it comes to allowing my cat to eat anything. I make sure they eat their recommended food and it's also why I don't allow them to go outside without being supervised.- Maddox

It's sort of very often for my cats because we get into grooming within every 4-6 weeks because they are very hairy and lose hairs a lot.- Maddox

I don't self medicate myself which is why I can never do it to my cats too because they are like my kids or siblings. I take very good care of them because they can't do it on their own.- Maddox

I've never noticed any spot in any of my cats eyes. If I do, I wouldn't be asking questions online but take him to the vet immediately to know what's wrong. I wouldn't want my cat to go blind.- Maddox

From what I can tell, your cat used to greet you but suddenly stopped doing it. Now, only going to assume that you started doing something wrong which you weren't doing before to your cat, that's why the sudden change of behavior. -

My cats fight themselves but it's not very often. It's either over food or a toy they are usually fighting over. It's why I feed them separately and buy lots of toys for them. -

I'm very sure that it would have something to do with the cat being abused. A human being abused will do the same thing. No one feels at home where they are trashed and treated bad. -

No, my cats don't drink too much water during winter. It's only during summer they are always drinking water all the time because it's usually too hot. -

Even my old cat still get in mood to fight his own tail from time to time. I don't think cats ever stop doing that. They always want to catch anything which moves -
How to handle a traumatized cat?
Honestly, I wouldn't know how to manage a traumatized cat. They need extra care more than a normal cat is what I know. It's going to be hard for me to help such a cat.
