Using a pipe cleaner as a toy for a cat?
I didn't gave my cat a pipe cleaner as a toy. The last doll I bought for her was a soft baby doll and small ball that she can use to play any time she wants. -

I don't have a cat flap even when I had my cat. She don't step out with me or my permission. I make sure to know her whereabouts and observe everything she's doing. -

Not all neighbourhood cats are really violent. Some of the are also as calm as my cat. Cats can fight each other when territories is involved. -

Sometimes, I allowed mine to enter the boxes and we can play hide and seek. She love it so much and I love to do the play with her. Taping the boxes is the best thing to do so that they won't make there a comfort zone. -

You said it right. Exposing them to cold air will make me to spend unnecessary expenses. The more reason that I protect them and make them warm always. -

Warm water is very good and better because they might not welcome cold water or even the hot water. To keep them in a calm manner, warm water is the best. -
